Middle Bass Island - State Park Marina Construction Pictures, May 26, 2008

Kristin Stanford, the "Island Snake Lady", came over to Middle Bass Island today with a crew of helpers to start the annual snake census. Because of the cold weather, the snakes are not very active yet.

If you haven't been here recently, you might not have noticed the new concrete walkway that makes this accessible to visitors.
